Brilliant remix here from Karma Kid on what is possibly THE house record of the year so
far, ‘what I might do’ by Ben Pearce. Moving away from the deep bass and
somewhat dark vibe of the original, karma kid takes the record a totally different
direction, re-working the vocals beautifully and adding in a real groovy melody
with easy on the ear high hats and claps. This remix is defiantly worthy of the
original, some may even say an improvement, either way its guaranteed to be getting
people grooving on dirty dance floors up and down the country for the
foreseeable future !

This will be one of the anthems of the Summer has to be this chilled out House song from Chris Malinchak, ‘So Good To Me’ This is the official video for Chris Malinchak ‘So Good To Me’ on Ministry of Sound TV. Make sure to grab hold of Giraffages’s awesome remix of the hit single ‘Music Sounds Better With You’ by Stardust! This spaced out summer remix from Giraffage uses the Acapella from Stardust’s track which he has overlaid over some beautifully arpeggiated synths which gives the song new chill-wave life. Stardust was a project one-time musical collaborative of producers Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk , Alan Braxe and vocalist Benjamin Diamond .This short-term group launched the immensely popular song “Music Sounds Better with You” in June of 1998. The song was an instant hit and many considered it as one of the best house songs of the millennium.

A remix of Too Young To Die – Jamiroquai by Zjakedabeat which was announced as the winner by Jamiroquai himself. Zjakedabeat tried to achieve a soulful, groovy remix alla Daft Punk and P. Oakenfold and achieved that he did. There is a real loung groove to the song and was already a classic when first released by Jamiroquai in 1993! The song’s lyrics are about the fear of war and death due to political machinations. Hopefully it won’t be too long until we are hearing some more magic from Jamiroquai!
